Classic[]

The classic cardboard town mode offers a Vote Multiplier of x1. You start with more resources compared to the expert mode. At the beginning of the game, you are granted one officer.
Expert[]

For Mayors who want more challenges to overcome in their city, where every choice matters. In the expert mode, the Vote Multiplier is 1.25x. Your resources start with less compared to the classic mode, and you're not given an officer. Other than that, all rules remain the same.
Utopia[]

We created the Utopia mod for you to fulfill your dreams! You start with resources set at 90. Trouble-meter is fixed at 0 and there are no Red Alerts. However, Vote Multiplier is set to 0x.
Blessed Town[]

The Blessed Town mode is perfect for chill players. The Trouble-Meter is always locked at 0, so you don't need officers. You start the game with three of each resource.
Vote Multiplier is 0.2x
Cursed Town[]

In Cursed Town mode, there's no escaping trouble! You'll encounter a random Disasters every 7 days, separate from the Trouble-Meter, and on top of that, the Trouble-Meter triggers every 5 days. At the beginning of the game, you start without officers and with one of each resource.
Vote Multiplier is 1.75x
Expanding Town[]

In the Expanding Town mode, things change significantly. The map starts as a 6x6 grid and expands in a 2x2 fashion. To expand your map, it must be completely filled. You are given 2 officers at the beginning of the game to assist you with this. Additionally, Trouble-meter triggers every 3 and 5 days. This means you'll have to deal with fewer troubles and disasters.
Vote Multiplier is 2x.
Towntanic[]

The Towntantic mode is for chaos and risk enthusiasts. You lose a random resource every day. At the beginning of the game, you start without officers and with one of each resource.
Vote Multiplier is 2.25x
Rural Town[]

In the Rural Town mode, the amount of natural objects is quadrupled. Planning the city becomes more challenging at this point. At the beginning of the game, you start without officers and with one of each resource.

Quick Decisions[]

In the Quick Decision mode, we've emphasized the fun factor. At the end of each day, the cards you receive are discarded, and you draw four new cards for the next day. At the beginning of the game, you start without officers and with one of each resource. The Trouble-Meter triggers every 3 and 5 days, so you need to be both cautious and quick in this mode!

Democratic Town[]

In the Democratic Town mode, things become a bit more challenging. You need to complete the game in 100 days. At the beginning of the game, you start without officers and with one of each resource. Other than that, all the rules remain the same.
