- Reach 100 Population.
- Play 20 Cards.
2 Star[]
- Gain +75% bonus from a single Population building at one time.
- Destroy 2 Forests.
- Destroy 3 Cards.
- Discard 10 Cards.
- Play 5 Cards in a single day.
3 Star[]
- Reach 250 Population.
- Press the Mayor Button 15 Times.
- Play 7 Cards in a single day.
- Place 6 Population buildings in Red areas.
- Have a resource above 10.
- Have two resources over 6.
4 Star[]
- Have a resource above 30.
- Have three resources above 8.
- Have two resources over 16.
- Have four resources over 1.
5 Star[]
- Reach 600 Population.
Rewards[]
- 1 Star: Festival
- 2 Star: Upgrade
- 3 Star: Gain 2 of each resource. Generate a Resource Quest card in hand.
- 4 Star: Generate a Incinerate and Suggestion Box in hand.
- 5 Star: Gain "Mega Project A" and 1 of each resource.
